Account Management

3.1 Account Verification

jaa77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being held.

3.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

• jaa77 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or attempts to harm other users.
• Whether the balance is refundable upon account cancellation will depend on the nature of the breach.
• Users may request account closure at any time through live chat.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

• Wagering Requirements: The total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are spent before real money. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after claiming the bonus. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the deadline.

5.2 Other Promotions
